Equigrowth Capital is an alternative real estate investment firm that provides investment advisory services to its subsidiary holdings and partnerships, which strategically acquire distressed residential whole loan mortgages throughout the U.S. from financial institutions, hedge funds, and mortgage originators. We then re-position these assets to yield above average returns while building equity for our investment partners.
We partner with individuals and companies who want to take a passive approach investing in real estate, yet achieve maximum potential on their investments without fretting about market fluctuations or economic malaise. We do this by performing rigorous analysis on each deal and will only acquire them at a price that meets our minimum return on investment criteria for the worst case exit scenario.
